Six Men's Morris (Molinum)

Six Men's Morris is an ancient strategy game. The goal is to create "mills" - rows of 3 of your pieces - to capture your opponent's pieces and reduce them to fewer than 3.

Game Rules:

  1. Placing Phase: Each player takes turns placing one of their 6 pieces on the board.
  2. Moving Phase: After all pieces are placed, players move one piece per turn to an adjacent empty point.
  3. Mills: When a player forms a line of 3 pieces, they get to remove one of the opponent's pieces.
  4. Flying: When a player is down to only 3 pieces, they can "fly" a piece to any empty point on the board.
  5. Game End: A player loses if they have fewer than 3 pieces left, or if they are blocked and cannot make a legal move.
